Hey All,

I am an advanced beginner rider and I struggle with getting my heels down. Any suggestions?

Hey Pima,

One suggestion is that you can help to stretch out your calves and ankles by standing on the edge of a stair while holding on to the railing and allow your ankles to hang off the edge.

Also, riding in the two point position at all three gaits is a great way to practice keeping the weight in your heels.
