Hoover Pole Building

Overview

hoover pole building : Overview
The Hoover Pole Building Company is based in Kaufman, Texas. This business specializes in outdoor storage buildings, barns and commercial and residential structures. It serves only customers within 100 miles of this Texas city. Hoover Pole Building creates wood-frame structures with metal siding. The roof of the structures is constructed of steel. Buildings can be designed to meet customers' specified size and color requirements.

Company Background

Hoover Pole Buildings began constructing buildings in 1968 and is still owned and operated by its original founders. Jim Hoover and Carl Shealy are the owners and oversee quality-control operations. All Hoover pole buildings begin with a post, which has been pressure-treated. The siding and roof are composed of leak-proof steel materials. Customers can order a Hoover Pole Building with a concrete floor, designed to meet local permits and building codes. Structures ordered without a concrete floor are less expensive than a roof-to-floor complete building. Additional on-site bracing is not required.

Specs and Materials

Trusses are created to the customer's specifications, allowing for multiple-size bay areas and flexible floor-plan design. Hoover Pole Building customers can select the siding and trim colors from a provided color palate. The metal trim is shipped prepainted. A metal service door is standard with all Hoover Pole Buildings and includes interior door insulation for fuel efficiency. The interior of all structures comes with a standard white finish. Untreated lumber used on the interior of the building is covered with metal trim. Hoover Pole Building standard exterior color choices include bright white, ivory, charcoal, light gray, evergreen, burgundy, red, light blue, light stone, tan, brown, and moss. A 25-year limited paint warranty is included with all building purchase. The paint warranty includes 10 years of fading and chalk coverage.

Sizes and Style Options

Hoover Pole Buildings can be created with an array of styles and shapes. Pole buildings to be used to house livestock and horses can be designed with multiple stall openings and secured spaces. Customers can order pole buildings to serve as carports or for other open-front storage needs. Barn-style buildings are commonly created by Hoover, with customer input on size and style permitted. Shelter house structures are also available that are less expensive than fully enclosed buildings. Hoover will also create garages with multiple automatic door openings. Commercial structures can also be designed by modifying nearly any Hoover Pole Building design. The customer completes additions of electrical and plumbing installation after installation of the building.

Structure Warranties

A lifetime warranty on film integrity is included on all walls and roof panels. Hoover offers a 10-year edge rust and acid-rain guarantee for the entire structure. Also included in a Hoover pole building is a 30-year warranty against fading and chalkiness on roof panels. Should a Hoover roof leak within the first 5 years, the company will fix it without charge. The warranty is void if the pole building is attached to an additional structure or purposely damaged.

Factory and Estimate Process

The Hoover plant is located on a 10-acre facility. Hoover's staff works with individual customers, construction contractors, and business owners. The company is licensed as a general contractor, fully bondable and insured. Customers can call the company for quotes or complete an online form for a project estimate.
