Selling Vanessa
After deliberation and discussion with my business partner, the decision has been made that the time has come to sell my long time project and wonderful horse, Vanessa. I have had her since she was 8 months old and have done all the training and showing on her and she is now 7 years old.

The training plan changes a bit once you are no longer riding a horse for yourself but for the possibility of someone else. The training plan has to shift to benefit someone that is perhaps a more beginner rider. Now I focus more on perfecting Vanessa’s basics and less on her more advanced movements. Also, I allow students to ride her as this permits me to see more clearly what areas I need to focus on.

It also becomes more important for Vanessa to show as this is a great way to advertise her skills and to spread the word that she is for sale.
